Rental Rates
We have a minimum 2 nights stay October to April and a minimum of a 3 night stay May to September. 3 nights or more are discounted per night stay. Our Change over days are Fridays and Mondays. 3 night weekends, 4 night midweek breaks and 7 nights Friday to Friday.
If you would like a different length of stay or even a different arrival day, please enquire as bookings can change and we may be able to accommodate you.
To secure your chosen dates a 25% deposit is required which is non refundable.
With your booking, we request a £160 refundable Good Housekeeping Deposit. This is taken in the last payment 4 weeks prior to your arrival.
A £75 cleaning charge is included in the price of your stay.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or Credit Card (commission costs will apply).
